How do I fit an ER collet into the nut?
Snap the collet into the nut first, tilting it so the collet's groove engages the nut's eccentric ring until it clicks. Then insert the tool and thread the nut onto the spindle. To remove, unscrew the nut and press the collet sideways to release it. Never tighten a nut without a collet and tool fitted.
